Fridge problem?

I found a mysterious problem thing today:
If we are not supposed go to eat at nights... Why there is a light in a fridge waiting for us?

OMG :O thats so truuuuuuuue.This is all our modern world which can be disturb now, nice found!!!

It bothers me to death! I really dont get it why it is there if
we are not allowed to eat at nights O_O

btw its the same for the oven, or microwave no?

No. Micros light go out when you shut it, but fridges light doesnt :'S

Lol it also goes out when u close the Fridge.. It does on mine.. I don't know what a weird fridge you have You need to build in a small cam in your Fridge (but watch out the fridge doesn't notice it) and then shut the door, you will see that the light is out.. (assumed that the fridge didn't notice the cam)! Problem solved! next, please

But its not so! It really is there all the time, I mean light :O

Just if you open the door! It's a defense mechanism by the fridge to confuse attackers (for example ppl wanting to eat at night) try out the cam trick and you will see!

But I KNOW that light is there all the time :O

How do you know?

If you know your light is on every time, if i were you ill find a way to turn it off cause the electricity bill should be ...hum BIG

Cut the power circuit? In the whole house? Stop paying for Electricity?
